Robert Elder

Robert Elder is a skilled professional with extensive experience in client implementation, training, and safety management. Currently serving as a Life Guard and Life Guard Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Rochester since January 2024, Robert focuses on ensuring the safety of individuals in and around the pool area while reviewing emergency procedures. In a longstanding role at Paylocity, beginning in August 2012, Robert has advanced through various levels to become a Level 3 Enterprise Time and Labor Implementation Consultant, responsible for complex client onboarding and integrated product implementations. Additionally, Robert has contributed to community service as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Blue Foundation NY and demonstrated social media expertise as a consultant for the Greater Canandaigua Civic Center. Robert's earlier positions include leadership at Paychex and Dicks Sporting Goods, complemented by a foundational education in Physical Education from SUNY Brockport and Finger Lakes Community College.
