Shawn Devries

Shawn DeVries is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and client service management, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Large Enterprise Implementation at Paylocity since March 2016. Recognized with the 2023 Growth Fuels Opportunity award and honored as the 2019 PM of the Year, Shawn has held multiple leadership roles within Paylocity, enhancing enterprise implementation processes and project management. Prior to this, Shawn worked at Paychex in various client service positions, addressing payroll and taxation concerns and ensuring high-quality client communication. Shawn's career also includes experience in sales and management at Vision Automotive Group and WT Entertainment. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer and Information Sciences from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College.
