Tom Figiel

Tom Figiel, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in various roles within the finance and accounting sectors. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at Paylocity since October 2021, Figiel previously held the position of Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant at Aon from December 2018 to October 2021. Prior to that, Figiel worked as a Revenue Senior Financial Analyst at HighTower between November 2017 and December 2018, and as a Senior Audit Associate at RSM US LLP from October 2015 to October 2017. Figiel began the career at Plante Moran as an Audit/Tax Intern in early 2014. Tom Figiel earned a Master’s Degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
