Tracy Bauer

Tracy Bauer is a Product Manager at Paylocity, specializing in business and systems analysis, HR data, and payroll tax processes. Previously, Tracy served as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Frontier Communications and a Product Owner at Vibe HCM, where they excelled in managing product backlogs, using Agile methodologies, and enhancing user experience. Tracy has also held a role as an HRIS Business Analyst at HP, focusing on the integration of systems and process improvement. Currently, Tracy is pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Management at Stevens Institute of Technology.
