Azhar Patel

Azhar Patel is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in computer operations and data center management. Currently serving as a Senior Computer Operator at Paymark since November 2015, Azhar previously held the role of Senior Computer Operator Shift Manager at Hewlett-Packard from June 2004 to September 2015, where responsibilities included managing data center facilities and ensuring compliance with critical environment rules. Azhar began the career at Electronic Data Systems in December 1994, working as a Computer Operator and later a Tape Operator, focusing on IBM MVS Mainframe systems and meeting client Service Level Agreements. Azhar holds a Certificate in Commercial Studies from Auckland University of Technology, completed between 1991 and 1993, and is certified in ITIL fundamentals, with experience in using industry tools such as HPSM, DW, and CAMS.
