Jo Phillips

Jo Phillips currently serves as the Head of Online Payments at Worldline Merchant Services, specializing in payments and open banking since January 2023. In parallel, Jo has held the position of Senior Product Manager at Paymark since April 2021, focusing on innovative payment technology in New Zealand. Jo previously chaired the Battery Innovation Hub while working as a Senior Product Manager at Vector Limited, where responsibilities included managing metering data services and leading energy technology projects. Jo's career also includes product management roles at Genesis Energy, O-I, Huhtamaki, and NRMA Motoring & Services, highlighting a diverse background in product development, marketing, and strategic alliances. Jo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies with a major in Marketing and Tourism from Massey University.
