Fernando Cesar is a seasoned senior executive currently serving as the Director of Business Development at PayMee, where they spearhead the launch of innovative financial products. With experience at Twilio as a Sr Partner Alliance Manager, they significantly expanded the partner portfolio in Brazil, and later at Dock, they led a sales team to achieve and exceed annual revenue goals. Fernando’s robust career also includes roles at Microsoft, Dell EMC, and Kyndryl, where they developed strategic partnerships and drove significant sales growth across Latin America. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
