Vilmar Morgan

Vilmar Morgan is the current Director of Design at Payment Data Systems. Vilmar has over 10 years of experience in design and marketing, with a focus on brand strategy, web and print design, and mobile app development. Prior to joining Payment Data Systems, Vilmar served as VP of Design and Marketing at Akimbo Financial, Inc., where they were responsible for developing and executing Akimbo's brand strategy across all channels. Vilmar also oversaw Akimbo's digital and local outreach efforts, event sponsorship, and network acquisition. In December of 2014, Akimbo Financial, Inc. was successfully acquired by Payment Data Systems, Inc.

Vilmar has also held positions as a Creative Consultant at Interganic, Inc. and Assistant Director at the Architecture Foundation of San Antonio. In these roles, they were responsible for company branding, website and print design, technology management, and social media outreach. Vilmar also organized and executed PechaKucha San Antonio, now on its 6th volume.
