Bas Van Donselaar

Bas van Donselaar currently serves as (Co-) Head of Consultancy & Practice Lead Strategy Consulting at PaymentGenes since November 2022. Prior to this role, Bas held the position of Strategy Manager at TNO from January 2021 to November 2022, where the focus was on creating innovations to enhance industry competitiveness and societal well-being. Additionally, Bas contributed as Managing Consultant at Mastercard Advisors from May 2018 to January 2021 and at IG&H Consulting & Interim from March 2012 to April 2018, specializing in complex management issues related to market and business operations. Early career experience includes HR Manager and Vice President at Integrand Nederland and roles at Integrand Maastricht and Karakter kinder- en jeugdpsychiatrie. Bas holds an MSc in Management, Change & Consultancy and a BSc in International Business from Maastricht University, along with an exchange program in Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley.
