Lionel H. has extensive work experience in the security software development, consulting, and healthcare industries. From 2018 to present, they have served as the Vice President of Channel Alliances at PaymentLOCK, where they are responsible for building and maintaining relationships in the credit card transaction industry. From 2005 to 2018, they were the Owner of H & H Consulting, where they were the lead consultant and general manager. From 2002 to 2005, Lionel H. worked at Abbott, where they held various roles, including Business Relationship Manager, Emerging Accounts Executive, US Commercial- Strategic Accounts and Alliances, and Sr. Manager, Supply-Chain, Customer Svc., Distribution & Logistics. In these roles, they provided honest, reliable, and market-relevant services, developed strategic networking partnerships, and introduced value propositions and supply-chain efficiencies.

Lionel H. attended the United States Naval Academy from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Science/Engineering. Lionel then went on to Central Michigan University from 1997 to 1999 and obtained a Master of Science in Administration in Supply-Chain Management.
