Andrew Gerber

Andrew Gerber serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Paymentus, a leader in cloud-based bill payment technology since January 2022. Previous roles include Charter Member at TechGC, Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Legal at Premier Inc., and partner positions at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice PLLC, K&L Gates LLP, and Hunton & Williams LLP, where the focus was on corporate and securities law, particularly involving Real Estate Investment Trusts and energy transactions. Andrew began his career as Special Counsel at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, working on various corporate finance matters. Andrew holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Maryland.
