Brandon Lamb

Brandon Lamb is a certified instructor at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Scottsdale since August 2024, with a strong background in client success management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Success at Paymentus since November 2021, Brandon has also held the role of Director of Client Success there. Prior experience includes over nine years at Fiserv, where Brandon advanced from Senior Technical Account Manager to Director of Client Services, and earlier roles as Manager of Account Development and Senior Account Development Partner. Before Fiserv, Brandon worked at irth Solutions as Manager of Business Services. Brandon holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Management, earned Cum Laude from Columbus State between 2013 and 2016, and is currently pursuing additional education through Trailhead by Salesforce since January 2023.
