Debra Bushman

Debra Bushman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in payment operations, customer service, and team management. Currently serving as the Payment Operations Lead at Paymentus since January 2022, Debra has previously held roles such as Payment Operations Specialist at both Paymentus and Payveris, where services in banking and fintech solutions were emphasized. Prior to that, Debra spent 18 years at Verizon Wireless, ascending through various customer service and supervisory positions, including Business Support Center Supervisor and Customer Service Supervisor. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College.
