Mateo Shkurti

Mateo Shkurti is an experienced professional currently serving as Manager of Product Support & Operations at Paymentus since August 2025. Prior to this role, Mateo held various positions at KUBRA from November 2020 to August 2025, including Team Lead of Support & CX, Senior Support Engineer, and Support Engineer. In these roles, Mateo focused on empowering teams to enhance client self-service capabilities, developed microservices, and performed both bug fixes and code reviews. Mateo holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Diploma in Computer Systems Technician - Software Engineering from Sheridan College.
