Will Farah

Will Farah currently serves as the Director of Biller Directory at Paymentus, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Will accumulated extensive experience at FIS from November 2008 to February 2021, where responsibilities included Product Manager, Product Owner, and Quality Assurance. Will's career began at Metavante from June 2004 to November 2008, taking on roles in Support Escalation and as a Call Center Representative. Earlier experience includes Sales Support and Call Center Representative positions at Addecco Staffing from January 2003 to June 2004, as well as Inside Sales, Support & Marketing at National Business Furniture from June 2000 to June 2002. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, attained between 1995 and 2000.
