Ashley Silvera

Ashley Silvera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashley is currently working as a Certification & Training Manager at PaymentWorks. Prior to this, they worked at Rutgers University in various roles including Campus Liaison, Training & Employee Development Specialist, and Training Coordinator. Before joining Rutgers, Ashley worked at The Cheesecake Factory as a Designated Trainer. Ashley also served as an Instructional Designer at SHI International Corp. and as a Manager of Organizational Development & Training at Edison Properties. Ashley'searlier experience includes working as a Front Desk Agent at Wyndham Hotel Group.

Ashley Silvera completed their education at three different institutions. In 2007, they graduated from Hillsborough High School, earning a diploma. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University from 2007 to 2011. Later, they enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which they completed in 2015.
