Edwin Lacierda

Edwin Lacierda is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of PayRex and Digital & Loyalty Program Consultant at SM Retail, Edwin also holds a board member position at YCO Cloud. As a co-founder and COO of PayMongo, significant contributions to the fintech landscape have been made since 2019. Previous leadership roles include Chief Executive Officer of DDI Strategic Communications and Chairman of the Open Data Philippines Task Force, where notable achievements included the swift launch of the country’s Open Data platform. Serving as Presidential Spokesperson under President Aquino, Edwin is recognized as the longest tenured individual in the role, influencing policies across multiple government sectors. Academic credentials include a Master in Management from the Asian Institute of Management, a Bachelor of Laws from Ateneo de Manila University, and a degree in Communication Arts from De La Salle University.
