Charles Ding is the Head of IT Governance, Risk & Compliance at PayNet, where they lead the strategic and operational oversight of the company’s cybersecurity and technology risk landscape. They oversee Cyber Crisis Simulations and manage cyber-related incidents, ensuring effective response and compliance with regulatory requirements. Previously, they served as the Strategy & Planning Director at Standard Chartered Bank, supporting Trust, Data, and Resilience initiatives. With a strong background in technology risk, Charles has also held senior positions at EY, specializing in technology risk transformation across various sectors. They hold a Bachelor of Technology in Technopreneurship from Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation.
