Chew Ann Jee

Chew Ann Jee is an experienced professional in talent management and human capital development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management & Development at PayNet since June 2020. Previous roles at PayNet include Acting Head of Talent Management & Learning and HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Chew held significant positions at Mah Sing Group Berhad, leading the Talent Management Team and focusing on performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. Chew's early career at GREAT EASTERN involved various roles in learning and growth, including the development of young talents through management trainee and internship programs. Chew holds a Master of Science in Medical Biotechnology and a Bachelor of Science in Biohealth Science from the University of Malaya, along with a Professional Certification in Image & Styling from Global University for Lifelong Learning.
