Professor Ts. Dr. Rayner Alfred is a distinguished academic and researcher serving as the Director of the Creative Advanced Machine Intelligence Research Centre at Universiti Malaysia Sabah. They hold a PhD in Computer Science from the University of York and have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Recognized as a Top 3 Scientist in Sabah and a member of the Top 2% Scientists worldwide according to the Stanford–Elsevier List, Rayner is also involved in shaping Malaysia's digital economy as a Board Member of MIMOS Berhad and Payments Network Malaysia.
