Tom McNicholas

Tom McNicholas is a seasoned professional in contract administration and quantity surveying with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Contracts Administrator at Paynters since September 2021, Tom previously held similar roles at CBGU JV and Paynters. Prior to these positions, Tom was a Project Quantity Surveyor at Wates Group, managing various refurbishment and new build projects in London valued between £5 million and £60 million. Early career experience includes work on significant projects such as the €1 billion Intel fabrication plant in Ireland and the $128 million AUD Conservatorium of Music project in Australia. Tom holds professional memberships with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB), along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from Southbank University.
