Jay Guskind

Jay Guskind is the current President and CEO of Payomatic. Prior to this, they were with Tech Mahindra as a Business Development advisor from April 2015 to September 2016. Jay has also worked with Citigroup N.A. (CitiCards) from April 1995 to December 2005, where they were the SVP, Managing Director, Business and Partnership Development. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing, winning, or renegotiating Co-Brand and Private label credit card partnerships with merchants. Jay also created a proprietary CRM/ sales management system to track leads and sales process.

From January 2010 to November 2014, Jay Guskind was the Vice President, Global Strategy and Innovation, Business and Product Development at Pitney Bowes. In this role, they were responsible for developing the global strategy and roadmap for Pitney Bowes’ Shipping Solutions business. Jay also led the development of innovative new products and services, including the launch of several new product lines.

From February 2006 to August 2008, Jay Guskind was the SVP, Group Head, Business and Partnership Development at MasterCard Worldwide. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development of strategic partnerships with financial institutions, merchants, governments, and other partners. Jay also led the team that negotiated and executed MasterCard’s landmark partnership with Visa.

Jay Guskind graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn with a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering. Jay then went on to work in the field of metallurgical engineering for many years.
