Katja Daniel

Katja Daniel currently serves as HR Manager for Compensation & Benefits and People Analytics at PAYONE since July 2023. Previously, Katja held the position of Senior Consultant in Human Capital at Deloitte Consulting from October 2017 to May 2023, focusing on workforce transformation, compensation design, compensation software implementation, people analytics, and benefits portfolio analysis. Prior experiences include roles as Consultant in Human Capital at Deloitte, Management Assistant in International Human Resources Management at ETAS GmbH (Bosch Group), Intern in Human Resources Development at T-Systems International GmbH, and Student Assistant at the University of Cologne's WiSo-Career-Service. Katja holds a Master of Science in International Management from Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship, an MBA in International Management from Faculdade da Indústria IEL in Brazil, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.
