Alla Kovtunenko

Alla Kovtunenko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user acceptance testing, project management, and client relationship management. Currently serving as a UAT Lead at Payoneer since March 2019, Alla is responsible for reviewing operational requirements, conducting usability testing, and improving testing processes to enhance product release quality. Previous roles at Payoneer include User Acceptance Testing Analyst and various KYC positions. Prior to Payoneer, Alla held positions at WorkNest LTD as a Project Manager, at Vicomi as an Account Manager, and at Rushmore Marketing Services as a Technical Support Manager, all of which contributed to a strong foundation in project coordination, client communication, and operational efficiency. Alla also has a background in sales promotion and office management, complemented by an engineering degree from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute."
