Alon Berman

Alon Berman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly within high-tech sectors, venture funding transactions, and M&A transactions. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for GTM Partnerships at Payoneer since November 2022, Alon previously held the position of Senior Associate at EBN & CO, focusing on corporate and M&A matters. Alon's experience also includes roles as Legal Counsel at Investec Bank, managing corporate and commercial legal affairs, and Senior Litigation Manager at Sasfin Bank, where responsibilities encompassed rental litigation and corporate counsel.
