Avi Grama

Avi Grama is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving as a Customer Experience Business Partner at Payoneer since May 2015. In this role, Avi leads cross-company projects focused on designing and implementing enhanced customer experiences, resulting in notable growth and improved customer experience metrics. Prior to this, Avi held the position of Customer Experience Manager, where significant improvements in customer experience were achieved through effective communication and process enhancements, leading to substantial cost reductions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Customer Approval and Fraud Specialist, with a strong foundation in KYC/AML procedures and payment regulations. Avi's career began in the Israel Defense Forces as a Lieutenant in the Combat Intelligence Collection Corps. Avi holds a degree from Ono Academic College, obtained between 2017 and 2019.
