Ayelet Dror

Ayelet Dror currently serves as the HR Director at Payoneer, a position held since June 2022, and previously worked as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner. Prior to Payoneer, Ayelet held roles at ZAP Group from March 2017 to March 2022, including HRBP & Head of Learning & Development, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle and managing training and organizational development initiatives. Ayelet's earlier experience includes organizational consulting at NG Group Global Consulting Solutions, where responsibilities included leadership program development and change management consulting, as well as management roles in call center operations at Office Depot and Clalit Health Services. Ayelet holds an M.A. in Organizational Consulting and Development and a B.A. in Behavioral Studies from The College of Management Academic Studies.
