Eli Genislaw

Eli Genislaw currently serves as the Senior Director of Data Engineering at Payoneer since March 2022. Prior to this role, Eli was VP Engineering and Head of Data Services and Infrastructure at LivePerson from September 2014 to November 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing data infrastructure, streaming, processing, and business intelligence. Eli also led the creation of a 40-engineer team in Service Operations and rebuilt the QA organization during tenure at LivePerson. Earlier experience includes various roles at Amdocs from May 2002 to September 2014, such as Director of Product Management, overseeing multiple product lines, and managing development teams. Eli began the career as a Programmer at Amdocs and later as a Senior Java Developer at ProActivity, involved in Java application development and project delivery.
