Gary Silbert has over two decades of experience in business integration and fraud analysis, currently serving as an Integration Business Engineer Tech Lead and Business Integration Lead at Payoneer since August 2011. In this role, Gary leads the technical integration processes tailored to client needs and manages new integration-related business flows. Prior to Payoneer, Gary worked as an Account Manager and Fraud Analyst, focusing on technical account setup and customer fraud detection. At Leumi Card, Gary held several positions including Risk Analyst, handling credit card fraud and working closely with Visa and MasterCard, as well as responsibilities in the International Operation and Chargeback Departments. Gary's career began at 012 Golden Lines as an International Operator. Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the Israel Open University.
