Jeff Yang is currently the Regional Head of Compliance for Payoneer in China, a role they have held since 2025. They previously served in various leadership positions at PayPal, including China Chief Compliance Officer and China Money Laundering Reporting Officer, from 2021 to 2025. Jeff's career also includes significant experience at Ant Group as Head of International Business Audit and Anti-Money Laundering, and at Morgan Stanley, where they managed Anti-Money Laundering Investigations from 2008 to 2012. They earned a B.A. in Economics from Stony Brook University and an MBA from China Europe International Business School.
