Nir Friedman serves as the VP of Legal Affairs at Payoneer since October 2019, with prior roles including Senior Director and Director of Associate General Counsel, overseeing legal matters in corporate law, data protection, human resources, and banking infrastructure. Previously, Nir contributed as Senior Legal Counsel at Bank Hapoalim, focusing on the Bank's international operations, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with foreign regulations. Prior to that, Nir practiced as a Senior Associate at Zohar & Co. Law Offices, specializing in M&A and private equity, and gained early experience as a Legal Intern and Associate at Kantor, Elhanani, Tal & Co. Nir holds a BA in Economics and an LLB from Tel Aviv University, both obtained between 2003 and 2007.
