Omer Bitas is currently the Learning & Development Manager at Payoneer, where they focus on training strategies, technologies, and people. With a background in instructional design from the Holon Institute of Technology, Omer has held various roles, including Learning Systems Lead at Wiz and Learning Product Manager at SolarEdge Technologies. Previously, Omer worked as an Instructional Designer at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and served in the Israeli Air Force as a Technician and Trainer. Passionate about creating data-driven learning solutions, Omer also enjoys videography as a hobby.
