Sofía Lecman has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Journey Knowledge at Payoneer since April 2018, with previous roles including Knowledge Team Leader, Knowledge Projects Specialist, and Customer Care Representative. Prior to Payoneer, Sofía worked as Office Manager and Team Supervisor at Aesthetic Center Maria Luna, overseeing a team of seven and managing administrative operations. Additionally, an internship in business development occurred at OneDay Social Volunteering, and experience as Customer Service & Sales Team Leader was gained at Marya Gala S.A. Sofía holds a Global Master in Project Management from EAE Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata.
