Tal Arnon

Tal Arnon is an experienced technical executive currently serving as the VP of R&D at Payoneer and Panaya since 2022. They possess extensive knowledge across software development, DevOps, data science, IoT, and cybersecurity, with a notable focus on building and leading engineering organizations. Prior to their current roles, Tal held various senior positions in Israeli Military Intelligence, including Director of R&D and Projects Management, where they managed large teams and developed advanced technological systems for special operations. Tal earned an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ruppin Academic Center and an MBA with a focus on Data Science and AI from IDC Herzliya.
