Andrew Li

Andrew Li currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at PayPal since January 2022. Previously, Andrew held the position of Country Compliance Head at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from November 2014 to December 2021. Andrew’s extensive compliance experience includes roles as Chief Compliance Officer at Societe Generale (China) Limited from September 2011 to August 2013, Senior Compliance Manager at Societe Generale, Hong Kong from August 2009 to August 2011, and Head of Compliance at Societe Generale (China) Limited between July 2006 and August 2009. Additionally, Andrew served as Head of Compliance at ABN AMRO China from May 2002 to July 2006 and as a Senior Officer at the State Administration of Foreign Exchange from July 1993 to September 1999. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in International Business from London South Bank University.
