Ben Volk

Ben Volk is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the payments industry. Currently serving as SVP & GM at PayPal since August 2025, Ben previously held the position of Vice President & General Manager for Google Pay and Google Wallet at Google from September 2023 to August 2025. Prior to this, Ben spent nearly a decade at Amazon, where roles included Vice President of Payments and Director of Payment Acceptance & Customer Experience, focusing on new payment products and customer initiatives. Ben's earlier career includes leadership positions at WaMu and service on the Board of Directors for the Electronic Transactions Association's Presidential Advisory Council. Ben holds a BA in English Literature from Whitman College, where involvement included Beta Theta Pi and athletic teams.
