Ben Volk currently serves as SVP & GM of PayPal Consumer, having joined PayPal in August 2025. Ben’s extensive experience at Amazon spanned from October 2008 to September 2023, where roles included Vice President of Payments and responsibilities for the Amazon Wallet and strategic partnerships within FinTech. Ben's earlier career includes significant positions at JPMorganChase, including Vice President, Group Product Manager, and contributions to the Electronic Transactions Association as a Board of Directors member. Ben holds a BA in English Literature from Whitman College.
