Brian Ahern

Brian Ahern is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in regulatory reporting and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Manager at PayPal since November 2018, Brian is responsible for updating governance related to regulatory returns and improving operational efficiencies. Prior roles include Regulatory Reporting Manager and Senior Regulatory Analyst at Bank of Ireland, where Brian managed teams and contributed to critical regulatory submissions. Additional experience includes financial analysis at both Bank of Ireland and its Corporate and Treasury division, as well as roles in hedge accounting and technical accounting. Brian holds an ACCA degree and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Applications from Dublin City University.
