Celia Cui

Celia Cui is the Director of Product Management at PayPal, focusing on PayPal and Venmo Checkout. They previously held roles at PayPal as Product Marketing Lead for Payments Processing and Strategy & Go To Market Senior Manager, among others. Prior to their time at PayPal, Celia served as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon and worked at Russell Investments and CME Group in various analytical and strategic capacities. Celia is currently pursuing a BA in English Literature with a minor in Economics at Peking University, as well as a Master in Public Policy at the University of Chicago. They hold an MBA in Finance, Analytic Finance, and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
