Chaoyun Chen

Chaoyun Chen is currently the Manager of Machine Learning at PayPal, where they leverage their extensive experience in data science. Previously, Chaoyun held roles as a Senior Data Scientist and Machine Learning Scientist at PayPal, as well as a Senior Data Scientist at Western Union, focusing on risk management and fraud detection. Chaoyun also contributed as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, developing an NLP pipeline, and worked as a Data Warehouse Engineer at Merkle. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Anhui University and a Master's degree in Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
