Charing Hui

Charing Hui is currently a Senior Manager of Tax - Global Information Reporting at PayPal, where they leverage their expertise in tax compliance and information reporting. Previously, they served as a Senior Vice President at BNY Mellon from 2017 to 2025, advising on compliance with tax regulations and leading audits. Prior to that, Charing worked as a Manager at Deloitte, focusing on global information reporting and providing strategic recommendations for tax compliance. They began their career as a Junior Accountant at Alan J.W. Low Inc. in 2009, enhancing service through effective client communication and tax return preparation. Charing holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from The University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business.
