Charlene McLaughlin is a retired Senior Director of Technical Accounting at PayPal, a position held since 2020 after serving as Director of the Accounting Policy Group from 2015 to 2020. Prior to joining PayPal, Charlene worked at IBM as a Senior Accounting Manager, where responsibilities included creating Carved Out Financial Statements for divested business units. Charlene earned education from NYU Stern School of Business between 1979 and 1983.
