Eric Ong

Eric Ong is a Senior Engineering Manager at PayPal, where they lead a team of approximately 30 engineers to develop and support messaging products. In the past, Eric has worked as a Research Software Engineer at Quovantis Technologies and has held various software engineering roles at PayPal, including Senior Software Engineer and tech lead. They have a strong background in designing and implementing automation tools and messaging platforms and are passionate about building effective teams and solving complex problems. Eric is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
