Ilya Roginsky

Ilya Roginsky is a Staff Machine Learning Scientist at PayPal, where they lead efforts in data science since 2023, focusing on developing machine learning models for fraud detection. Previously, Ilya worked as a Data Scientist at Panaya from 2015 to 2018, where they researched and developed large-scale predictive models using advanced data mining techniques. Ilya also served as a Data Scientist at oolo from 2018 to 2021, specializing in anomaly detection and forecasting, and was involved throughout the entire product lifecycle. Ilya earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2015.
