Jane Leach

Jane Leach serves as the NED and Chair of Audit, Risk, and Compliance UK at PayPal since July 2024 and as Chair of Jupiter Unit Trust Managers Ltd since January 2024. Additionally, Jane has chaired the Lucy Faithfull Foundation since 2013, contributing to efforts that prevent child sexual abuse, and has held the position of Deputy Chair at J O Hambro Capital Management since October 2019. Jane's extensive experience includes serving as a Senior Advisor at the Bank of England since October 2017, where advice and challenge are provided to enhance governance within the financial sector. Previous roles include Group Capital Controller and Head of Regulatory at HSBC, along with significant leadership positions at KPMG UK and the Financial Services Authority. Jane Leach is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Bristol.
