Jeff Ding has over 20 years of experience in leadership and operations within major technology and financial services firms. Currently serving as Site Lead at PayPal since March 2011, Jeff drives and promotes PayPal's culture and enhances employee engagement while overseeing site operations in Shanghai. Previous roles at PayPal include Director of Global Customer Services, managing customer service teams across North Asia and APAC, and Director of Learning and Talent Development for APAC. Prior to PayPal, Jeff held the position of Director of Training at Morgan Stanley and worked at Google and IBM as an Advisory Education Specialist. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from East China University of Science and Technology.
