Jerry Tso

Jerry Tso is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in compliance engineering and software development. Currently serving as Vice President of Compliance Engineering and Head of the Singapore Development Center at PayPal since November 2014, Jerry Tso focuses on the growth and retention of technologists while overseeing Global Compliance Platform Engineering in KYC, Tax, Escheatment, and User Generated Content Management. Previously, Jerry Tso held various senior roles at PayPal, including Director of Engineering for Compliance and Senior QA Manager. At Ping An Payment, Jerry Tso was instrumental as VP of Product Development in building technology teams. Jerry Tso holds a BA in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
