John Hills

John Hills is the Global Head of Audit Operations at PayPal, where they oversee the Quality Assurance Improvement Program for Internal Audit and advise on the department's strategic direction. Previously, they served as a Project Analyst and Manager in Global Regulatory Affairs at American Express, managing remediation efforts for enterprise-wide regulatory exams. John also held multiple positions at Abercrombie & Fitch, where they executed international store audits and supported HR initiatives across Europe. They earned a BA from the University of Kent and a Master’s degree from King’s College London.
