Jonathan Singel

Jonathan Singel is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the VP and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at PayPal since June 2025. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition at Lyft from December 2023 to June 2025. Jonathan's extensive background includes roles as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Spotify, Head of Talent Acquisition at CLEAResult, and Director of Talent Acquisition for North America at Avery Dennison. Early career experiences include positions such as Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Corporate Recruiting Consultant at Verizon, as well as Technology Recruiter and HR Business Partner roles at JPMorgan Chase. Jonathan began the career as a Human Resources Summer Intern at JPMorgan Chase in 2002. Jonathan is an alumnus of Penn State University.
