Kyo Kim is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design, Core at PayPal since May 2025, Kyo also acts as a Design Advisor for Syncly and held the position of Head of Product Design at GlossGenius from June 2023 to May 2025. Previously, Kyo managed product design teams at Lyft, contributing to significant projects in autonomy and media, and co-founded Lenme, where leadership in product design and marketing led to notable business growth. Additional roles include leading product design at Meta and Capital One, showcasing a strong background in establishing design vision and strategies to enhance user experiences.
