Liam McCarthy

Liam McCarthy is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Chief Product Owner at PayPal, where they manage a suite of products including call recording and speech analytics, and develop product strategies in collaboration with business and IT teams. Since 2010, they have also been the Global Quality Manager at PayPal, overseeing the contact center quality program and implementing improvements across a vast global user base.
